Shipping Information
Free shipping on orders of $99 or more within contiguous 48 states!

When will my order ship?
For orders where paid shipping is upgraded to an expedited option, orders placed by 11:30AM Mountain Time will ship same-day Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).  Orders placed after this will ship the following business day with the requested shipping method.

All other orders typically ship the first business day after they are placed.

Free Shipping
Orders over $99 SHIP FREE within the contiguous 48 states.

Economy Shipping (orders under $99) within 48 states: $7.99

Free Shipping (orders over $99) within 48 states
Orders with Economy Shipping (or Free Shipping for orders over $99) selected will ship by the best method available. This is typically USPS or FedEx Ground, depending on size and shipping location. Orders shipped by this method typically arrive 2-10 business days after shipment.

Shipping to PO Boxes
If you have a PO Box, we highly recommend you provide a physical shipping address along with it.  Providing only a PO box and selecting Free Shipping may result in delays or slower shipping methods (Parcel Select) being used.

Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and may be impacted by weather, natural disasters, holiday shipping volumes, or other shipping carrier delays. Shipping costs are not refunded due to transit delays.

Orders containing fuel, aerosol paints, and other chemicals will occasionally ship by FedEx SmartPost, depending on the size and weight of the items.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and US territories are not eligible for free shipping, and will be charged higher shipping rates on some items.  Items such as LiPo batteries cannot be shipped to these locations.

Non-Receipt Claims
If your package shows as delivered, but you do not have it, you MUST notify Remote Control Hobbies within 1 business day to ensure adequate investigation is possible. Please email us to notify us in writing.

If an item needs to be returned, please contact us as soon as possible once you have received it so that we may provide the return authorization.

Return Policy
Return requests must be received within 30 days of the shipment of the product. All returned items must be in new condition, in the original (unopened) packages, shipped inside a designated shipping package to protect the item. Items that are damaged/opened may not receive full credit. Returns must be received back to Remote Control Hobbies within 14 days of the return being approved.

There is no restocking fee on authorized returns that meet the above requirements. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. If shipping was originally free, the actual shipping/handling costs will be deducted from the credit amount. Unauthorized returns and returns of opened/used items may be rejected if not previously authorized by Remote Control Hobbies.

Warranty / Defective Claims
The majority of the items we sell are covered by manufacturer warranties. When this is the case, we ask to please follow the manufacturer's warranty process. If an item needs to be repaired/replaced due to a defect, please check the product manual for warranty information. If you have any questions about whether the item should be replaced by the manufacturer or through Remote Control Hobbies, contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
